We don’t believe one style of fitness or type of exercise is right for everyone. If you have ever wanted to try something new, but you were uncomfortable trying it on your own we can help. There are so many ways to be active, fun ways. You don’t have to be a runner, or swimmer, or cross-fitter. Have you ever wondered about Tai Chi , Water aerobics, or maybe even Zumba? There are so many choices and really fun ways to get fit and stay healthy. We can experiment with exercises you are not necessarily familiar with, but that you are curious about. We can meet with you in the privacy of your own home for personal training or attend various classes with you to help you realize your fitness level. We all come in different shapes and sizes, and we can find the right fitness for you!
Cindy is an A.C.E. Certified personal trainer and a FLEX instructor with Healthways Silver Sneakers program. She has competed in a number of endurance events, both on and off road, including in various running events ranging in distance from 5K to half marathon distance. At the young age of 40, Cindy began her triathlon journey beginning with the sprint distance. She moved on to do a few more at the Olympic distance and made her way to completing a Half Ironman distance(70.3) Triathlon. Cindy was also crazy(brave) enough to do a Tough Mudder race,one of the most challenging obstacle course races around.
Cindy not only is passionate about health and fitness, she also lives a lifestyle that helps support those goals. Cindy has a garden and raises chickens, helping to provide natural food sources. She is a great cook/baker, specializing in making meals/baked goods that are nutritious and healthy while still tasting great!
